How long does it take to process and order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect, but we do our best to get your order fabricated, assembled, hand packaged and out the door.

What about Shipping?

We ship products both domestically and to a select number of international destinations via USPS. Shipping times depend upon your location and the current functionality of the USPS. If you live in Chicago-land like we do, you will likely receive your product faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery dependent upon on the shipping speed and fee you selected. International shipping is longer.

Personalized (custom) orders take up to two weeks (14 days) to create and ship because they are made to order.
